Trained in graphic design at EPSAA, the young Parisian made his ranges in New York with stylist Gaby Basora. On his return, Kim Roselier decided to move away from graphics to devote himself to drawing, the colour then came naturally to associate with his line.

Kim originally favoured painting, which gave him a larger space of expression and allowed him to deepen his mastery of colour. He now works digitally to give his work graphic impact.

He draws inspiration from works by Tom Purvis and Horace Taylor among others; and paintings by Bacon, Matisse, and Gauguin that tell stories but leave room for free interpretation. On the border between graphic art and pictorial art, Kim combines narrative and geometric abstraction to perfection to offer a poetic iconography with a pop color palette.
